What this form collects

The travel inquiry form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, and the travel preferences you choose to share. Do not send passport details, dates of birth, payment information, or sensitive documents.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to your inquiry and discuss your travel plans. This form does not subscribe you to a marketing list or create a booking.

Security and service providers

When enabled, the form sends information over HTTPS to a Cloudflare Worker. Submissions are encrypted before storage in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions to help prevent automated abuse. These services process technical information as part of providing hosting and security.

Your choices

You can choose not to submit the form. To request correction or deletion of your inquiry, contact david@myopenticket.com. Avoid including information about other travelers without their permission.
